Background: Patients with advanced pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma (PPGL) or pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor (panNET) are in need of novel targeted therapies. Hypoxia-inducible factor 2α (HIF-2α) is one of the key oncogenic drivers in neuroendocrine tumors.
